To ensure that all young people are able to make effective transitions.

Ensure young people are supported through transition at 16 and beyond. Note, for young people leaving public are in LDD this can extend to age 25 (in specific circumstances). Development of further targeted support for those who are, or are at risk of becoming NEET, for example, curriculum developments, alternative provision and motivational activities.
