The 'IPEET Submission Form' provides the opportunity for you to give us information about your organisation, how you can support the plan, your delivery/activity, vision, delivery plan and evaluations. We are also interested in any information you have gathered/case studies and any examples of good practice you can provide.
The following form indicates what information we require from you. You can download, print out and complete the form to submit information, for inclusion in the Action Plan, via post. Alternatively you can email information to us, if you would like to include attachments. Please see our contact us page for full details of how to get in touch.
From the details you supply on this form we will update the Action Plan and share your information on the relevant pages of our website. We may contact you for further details and will periodically request updates.
