Principles
All partners to this plan are commited to the following principles:- the interests of young people come first
- we will foster high aspirations in young people. They will have an entitlement to a clear understanding of the opportunities available to them now and in the future. We will provide access to these opportunities;
- we will maintain high quality communication with young people and their families; with schools, FE colleges and with work based learning providers;
- we will work flexibly and collaboratively to respond to the changing needs of our young people;
