Employer Engagement
We want all young people to have high quality, appropriate experiences of the world of work, which will fully prepare them for employment. Whilst we know that there are many examples of excellent practice in the County, we want to ensure that those relationships continue to flourish, and that new ones are established. We will:
- Share and celebrate excellent models of employer engagement.
- Work hard to involve employers in the implementation of the diploma lines, and other new curriculum developments.
- Continue to support the County Durham Learning Provider Network, so that the plans of work-based learning providers and those of the Partnership are well-aligned.
